• Black junior or senior accounting majors who are enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university in the state of California.
• Black graduate students who possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in the state of California and are completing graduate studies and/or additional coursework to obtain 150 credit hours at an accredited 2-year community college or 4-year university.
• Black persons who have registered for and are eligible to sit for the CPA Exam.
